Amended Agreements

Some agreements that people enter into live with them and guide their actions for multiple years. For example, until contractual obligations are carried out or children are deemed legally grown, etc. However, circumstances can change and amended agreements can become necessary when those changes need to be documented or when people wish to change provisions of the initial agreement they entered into. These changes must be documented in writing and an amended agreement must be properly executed in order to ensure that the changes are legally binding. We routinely work with previous clients, as well as new clients to update agreements to meet the needs of our clients.
